ALL REGION & ZONE CHAIRS
MY DEAR LION LEADERS,
It is indeed very embarrassing to note that despite our incessant
efforts to increase the number of members and the clubs inorder to pull out of
the DANGER
ZONE of being classified as PROVISIONAL DISTRICT, what we see now is
the PREMIER
CLUB – LIONS CLUB OF KILIMANJARO has been cancelled along with the Lions Club of Musoma. Now we are
remaining with only 38 clubs and 1,102 members.
Inlight of the above, I would therefore kindly exhort the
concerned Region, Zone chairs and clubs Presidents to look into this matter
with all seriousness and revive these clubs immediately.
Meanwhile I would like to say Thank
you and Congratulate all those
clubs who have added new members please
kindly make a point to retain them.
Together with this memo find attached Club Health Assessment for
January 2013 for your kind perusal and necessary action.
Please note that I’ll be out of station from 7th to 10th
February 2013.
