MZIZIMA CLUB AND ROTARY CLUB SHARE HEARING CONCERN




POST ADVERT NOTE:
The Hearing camp started smoothly at Buguruni Deaf School in Buguruni, Malapa in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday 16 April. The camp was officially opened by the Mayor of Ilala Municipality  Hon. Jerry Slaa. 
More than 850 children's and adults were screened since the camp started and more were expected in coming 2 days.
Special hearing machine and medicines were provided free to those who who had hearing problem and other services were offered by the Doctors from United States and United Kingdom.
8 members of Lions Club of Dar es Salaam Mzizima including Region Chairman Lion Salim Sulemanji and Zone Chairman (Zone VIII) Lion Yusuf Dalal visited the camp and gave their services.
The camp is organised by Starkey Hearing Foundation of United states and Sound Seekers of United Kingdom with partnership with Lions Club of Dar es Salaam Mzizima and Rotary Club of Dar es Salaam.
The school is situated in Buguruni, Malapa behind Lake Oil Shell.
Lions Club of Dar es Salaam Mzizima has donated TShs 1,000.00.00 towards the camp.
