Mwanza Valentines Club received a request from Dar based CCBRT Hospital through RC Lion Rizwan that collaboration was required to assist young children up to the age of 16 receive food during their hospitalisation after eye surgery in Mwanza.The planned dates were 19-Nov to 1-Dec 2012.
The event attracted children from entire lake zone, central as well as north western zone.
Lions club of Mwanza Valentine donated following items for this noble cause on 20-Nov-2012.
Maize Flour - 150 Kg
Rice - 150 Kg
Sugar - 25 Kg
Beans - 50 Kg
Cooking oil - 10 Ltrs
Salt - 5 Kg
Assorted Vegetables.
"We are happy to contribute and successfully participate in Sight First campaign with CCBRT," expressed Secretary Lion Bhoomi.
