Lions Club of Mwanza Victoria carried out a robust activity at Mitindo Primary School, Misungwi - On 18th August, 2012.
The Club Donated 1 no. Magnifying Machine for Low Vision Impaired Children in order to enable them to read worth US $ 5,000, 1 no Mini Braille Type writer worth US$ 500. The above 2 items came from "Close the Gap" a NGO from Belgium in support from Lions Club of Kibo - Moshi.
6 certificates were given to teachers who got computer training when we set up the 30 computer class room. Apart from that the following Items were donated: 25Kg Sugar, 50 Kg Maize Flour, 10 Ltr Cooking Oil, 4 cartons of Biscuits, 2 cartons of Juice, 2 cartons of exercise books, 3 packets of pen.
