President Yoweri Museveni, also Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces on Wednesday announced a Cabinet reshuffle that threw several new faces in the works, triggering excitement and speculation about the President’s political move.
Seasoned Politician and IPMCC/PDG Lion Shem Bageine was appointed as Minister for State for East African Affairs.
District Governor Lion Kiwanuka on his as well as on behalf of all Lions of District 411B extends his maximum congratulations and wishes Lion Bageine the best in his political career.
"We are most certain that our Lion friend will be a bow for the Lionistic arrows planted in him for the benefit of all East Africans," said the DG.
